Supporting Midlife Wellbeing at Work
Midlife can bring changes and challenges that affect how we feel, think and work — yet they’re not always easy to talk about in the workplace.
How I can help:
Having navigated many of these changes myself, I understand how much of a difference it makes to simply feel heard and supported.
I particularly understand the experience of capable, professional women who reach a stage where they feel stuck — held back by limiting beliefs, old patterns or imposter syndrome, despite everything they’ve achieved.
I work with businesses to create a warm, supportive space for open conversations around midlife wellbeing, confidence, mental wellbeing and menopause.
Through engaging workshops and group discussions, I help employees recognise what’s holding them back, challenge outdated assumptions, and come away feeling more confident and better equipped to navigate change — both at work and beyond.
My approach is grounded, positive and practical, with real understanding behind it.
These structured sessions can be delivered online or in person, and tailored to suit your organisation.
Benefits:
Group work is an incredibly cost-effective way to receive coaching and support, and there’s real power in knowing you’re not the only one going through it.
Where more individual support would be helpful, workshops can be followed by one-to-one sessions tailored to employees’ needs. This offers a practical way for organisations to raise awareness, encourage meaningful conversations and provide additional support to colleagues who would benefit from it.
The result is a workplace where people feel genuinely supported through life’s changes and more confident bringing their whole selves to work — which benefits wellbeing, retention and performance too.
Every workplace is different, so I’m happy to discuss an approach that works for your people and your organisation
Talks & Keynote Speaking: Rethinking Midlife
I’m passionate about challenging outdated assumptions about ageing and showing people that some of their best chapters can still lie ahead.
My talks explore positive ageing and midlife mindset, examining the beliefs that quietly shape how we see ourselves and our potential — drawing on my own experience as well as my work with clients.
Delivered with energy and insight, they’re designed to spark fresh perspectives and leave audiences with a genuinely different outlook on what’s possible, whatever stage of life or career they’re at.
I’ve spoken to business audiences, conferences and professional networks, and I tailor each talk to the organisation and audience I’m working with.
Because age doesn’t limit us — limiting beliefs do.
