I recognise that everyone is different.  Every person will have their own individual experiences, and these will have an impact on their subsequent life.

I work with women of all ages as sometimes you may just need help with a specific issue (or even a couple of things), in order for you to move forward.

We are all changing all of the time and life events can often cause things to change, not only those things around us but also us as individuals. Often things such as a change in relationships, jobs, situations at work, having children, going back to work, or a physical transition such as the menopause can mean things become very different.

Talking about the menopause, did you know there are at least 34 symptoms which can occur or become worse during the peri-menopause/menopause?  These changes alone can often lead women to feel very different often overnight.

Maybe you are currently experiencing a lack of self-esteem and/or confidence?  Perhaps there are things you have previously taken in your stride e.g. driving the car or doing certain things at work or at home, but suddenly they have become much more difficult, or maybe you just don’t want to do them at all? 

Stress and anxiety are another area that can become a concern, from feeling mildly anxious to being overwhelmed most of the time. 

Interestingly old traumas from the past can re-occur later in a woman’s life,  often around the time of the menopause, and this can also create additional stress.

I am a registered and insured Hypnosis and NLP (Neuro linguistic programming) Practitioner.  I use a combination of both hypnosis and NLP to provide you with quick, effective, and personalised solutions, and can help you with any of the issues mentioned. 

You can book a single consultation, my Restore programme (which is a set of 3 sessions) or I can devise a personalised programme especially for your specific requirements. 

I also have a programme where I use hypnosis to help women lose weight.

Menopause Days

My menopause days are very popular and allow you to learn a variety of skills and to share your experiences with the group (if you want to).

It is a great way to find out more about the menopause, relax, focus on yourself and to meet other like minded ladies.

Each Retreat Day is different as I collaborate with a number of other coaches so that we can provide you with a number of solutions to help you through your menopause and beyond.
