As women age, and particularly around the peri-menopause, they can often put on weight. This is not helped by the fact that cortisol levels are also elevated as women age, and this makes us more susceptible to cravings, high blood sugar levels, and high blood pressure.

It’s important to manage weight because, as well as causing obvious physical changes, it can lead to a number of serious and potentially life-threatening conditions.

I have a programme to help you lose weight. This programme consists of one initial 90 minute session and then two 60 minute sessions that are customised to your needs. We identify any patterns of behaviour you currently have in regards to your eating, and then I help you to modify these for new healthier habits by using a combination of Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Before our first session I will send you a complete set of questions, so I can understand your current situation and any issues you may be facing. In fact sometimes there is an initial breakthrough from just completing these questions.

Our sessions can be recorded, allowing you to revisit the learnings at any time.
